We’ve just uploaded a whole new collection of stunning bridal jewellery and bridal hair pieces for the new 2012 season! Beautiful Swarovski filigrees were the inspiration for this collection which has been handcrafted with intricate detail.

Melbourne Reception:
Wayne and I were married on Monday 25th July on the Gold Coast on a beautiful sunny Queensland
day! Everything went well on the day – for us the simple but elegant wedding was definitely the way to go and relatively stress free (if there is such a thing for a wedding day!)
I created a new design for my hair piece – the Tracey Bridal Hair Piece. It ended up being a little different from the orignial vision I had in mind but the finished creation was exactly as I’d hoped, a beautiful unique peice with plenty of intricate detail. I also wore the favourite Pearl & Crystal Cluster Bridal Earrings to complement the hair piece.
As we got married away from home we had 4 days to relax on the Gold Coast before the wedding which I highly recommend if it is at all possible for you. The roof top spa on the 34th floor of The Wave Resort where we stayed with friends and family before the wedding was perfect for de-stressing!
Our reception was held at the Sheraton Mirage Resort and we then stayed there for 3 nights before heading off to Phuket for 8 days staying at the Raddison Plaza Panwa Beach. We loved Phuket and can’t wait to go back there again.
My fiance, Wayne and I got engaged last month on 10th April in the Yarra Valley, Vic, at Domain
Chandon. It was simple and romantic which was perfect for me.
So now I’m finding out just how much work all you brides are going through! We’re having a fairly quick engagement as we’re getting married on 25 July this year. Even though our wedding is going to be very small (around 20 people) and I’ve been in the bridal industry for a long time it’s still amazing how much there is to do. We are getting married on the Gold Coast as it will be much warmer than Melbourne being the middle of winter so that means a bit of extra organizing being so far from home.
I booked our honeymoon this week to Phuket – so excited about that since neither of us have been to any part of Asia. I bought my dress a while ago, a Charlie Brown full length cream dress, gathered across the bust and then silk georgette ruffles all the way to the ground. To add some extra detail though, I’m going to add beautiful lace panel through the middle of the dress, purchased from The House of Franke Stuart, which means at the moment the dress is in a few pieces (eek!).
As for my bridal jewellery, I’ve only just come up with an idea of what I want this week – I’m going to design a new hair piece a little smaller than my BH-320 Emma Bridal Hair Piece to sit on the side and back of my hair and then design a new pair of bridal earrings to match. I’ll post wedding pics once I have them!
